FAQs

  • Rehearsal Dinner Dress Code: Casual Chic
Come as you are — stylish but relaxed! Think jeans with a nice top, casual dresses, or whatever feels polished but comfortable.
Tip: After dinner, we’ll be gathering around a campfire, so we recommend bringing layers or changing into something warm and cozy for the evening.

    Wedding Dress Code: Garden Party
Dress up in your best garden party look — dresses, suits, or anything fun and festive for an outdoor celebration.
Note: Most of the wedding will take place on grass, so we recommend wearing shoes that work well on uneven ground (block heels, wedges, or flats are great options!).

  • We’ve reserved most of the nearby Airbnbs for our guests. If you’re interested in staying in one, just email us — let us know how many people are in your group and any preferences you have, and we’ll match you with a spot that fits your needs.

  • Shuttle Info

We’ve arranged a shuttle to make getting to and from the venue easy! For the guests staying at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson

    • To the Wedding:
The shuttle will pick up guests at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Lewisburg, PA, departing from the front of the hotel at 2:45 PM. Please be on time — we don’t want you to miss a moment!

    • Returning to the Hotel:
There will be two return shuttles to the Country Inn & Suites:
      – The first will leave the venue at 10:00 PM
      – The second will leave at 12:00 AM (for the late-night crew)

  • Think of it as summer camp — but for grown-ups (with a wedding twist)!

The stay is a classic Boy Scout summer camp, which means it’s simple, rustic, and full of nature. Instead of hotel rooms, you’ll be staying in cabins that come with:

    • Electricity

    • Twin beds with mattresses (bring your own bedding or sleeping bag!)

    • Basic bathrooms – the larger cabins have showers and bathrooms in the cabin. The two personal (counselor cabins) have shower houses and bathrooms just a short walk away

There’s no room service or spa (sorry!), but there is fresh air, campfires, and a whole lot of charm. You’ll have space to relax, explore, and unplug a bit between wedding festivities.

The vibe is comfortable but casual — like staying at a childhood camp with your favorite people. Just pack a few essentials (bedding, towels, toiletries, flashlight, comfy clothes), and you’re good to go.

  • Camp Packing List: We'll provide many amenities and camp items for you! But please review the list below to make sure you have everything you will need

We’ll do our best to match everyone up based on preferences and space!

  • Staying at Camp – The Most Fun & Convenient Option

Staying at the camp is the easiest (and most fun!) way to enjoy the full wedding weekend experience. You'll be just a short walk from all the festivities, including:

    • The wedding ceremony and reception

    • Rehearsal dinner

    • Breakfasts, lunch, and other meals

    • Camp-style activities and hangouts

It’s a rustic, summer-camp-style stay — cozy cabins with electricity and twin beds, but not hotel or airbnb -level comfort. If you’re looking for something a little more private or plush, we recommend booking an Airbnb or a nearby hotel instead.

Airbnbs – A Great Nearby Option

Airbnbs are also a great choice for the weekend! We've reserved a selection of cute, comfortable homes, and most are located within 15 minutes of the venue.

If you choose to stay in an Airbnb, just keep in mind:

    • You’ll need to drive to and from the camp for all activities and the wedding

    • It’s a great option if you’re looking for more privacy or a little extra comfort

If you're interested in an Airbnb, just reach out and we’ll help match you with one that fits your group and preferences!

Hotel – The Most Comfortable Option

If comfort is your top priority, the Country Inn & Suites in Lewisburg is the plushest option for the weekend.

We’ll have a shuttle running to and from the camp, so you won’t need to worry about driving — just hop on and enjoy the ride! That said, the hotel is about a 45-minute drive from the venue, and you’ll need to stick to the shuttle schedule (see Shuttle Info for times).

This is a great choice if you’re looking for a more traditional stay with hotel amenities and a cozy bed at the end of the night.

  • We will tip the bartenders at the end of the night so no need to leave a tip

  • Typical late-May weather in Millmont, Pennsylvania is mild and comfortable, with daytime temperatures usually ranging from the mid-60s to low-80s. Evenings and early mornings can be noticeably cooler, often dropping into the low-50s, so layers are recommended.

  • There will be parking available at the entrance of Camp Karoondinha at 225 Thomas Dam Road, Millmont, PA 17845. From there, the ceremony site is just a short five-minute walk across the street and through the field.

  • We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’re having an unplugged wedding ceremony, and we would love for everyone to be fully present in the moment with us. Please put away phones and cameras until after the ceremony. Our photographer will capture everything for us!
