Rehearsal Dinner
Saturday - 5/23 6:00-8:00 PM
Everyone is invited to a BBQ Welcome Dinner. Join us at the Dining Hall. in the boy scout camp (See map). Please park in the Camp Karoondinha entrance parking lot and walk in. Dress code is cabin chic
Saturday - 5/23 8:00 - 11:00 PM
Following the rehearsal dinner we’ll head over to the Order of the Arrow field (a short walk) for a cozy camp fire with s’mores and drinks to unwind before the big day. Dress comfy and warm

Day of Breakfast
Sunday - 5/24 8:30 - 10:00 AM
Everyone is welcome to a breakfast at Dining Hall (see map). Fuel up and enjoy a relaxed morning before some planned camp activities
Camp Activities
Sunday - 5/24 11:00 - 12:30 PM
Come earn a scout badge. Camp activities available following breakfast including yoga, bird watching, archery, hiking or a game of stick-ball. Please sign up for an activity when you RSVP. We will meet at the Pavilion
Sunday - 5/24 12:30 - 1:30 PM
Boxed lunches will be available for lunch at the Dining Hall. Hang out and relax until it is time to start getting ready for the ceremony
Day of Lunch
Sunday - 5/24 4:00 - 5:00 PM
The ceremony will be held at Oakwood Cabin (458 Thomas Dam Rd). The dress code is Garden Party. If you are driving in for the ceremony, please park in the Camp Karoondinha entrance lot (225 Thomas Dam Rd) and take the short five-minute walk through the field to the cabin; signs will guide you. (see map)

Cocktail Hour
Sunday - 5/24 5:00 - 6:00 PM
The cocktail hour will take place immediately following the ceremony, right next door in front of Pinewood Cabin—come enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres.
Sunday - 5/24 5:00 - 10:00 PM
Walk next door toward the field for drinks, dinner, and dancing as we continue the celebration.
Reception
Sunday - 5/24 10:00 - 12:00 AM
Stay at the field for an after party with more music and drinks to continue to celebrate!
After Party
Monday - 5/25 8:30 - 10:00 AM
Come and enjoy a relaxed breakfast to wrap up the weekend at the Dining Hall
