Jess and Ed matched on Hinge (thank you, algorithms!), and after some back-and-forth, Ed convinced Jess to leave her very new, very unpacked house in Ardmore for a drink at her favorite spot — Ripplewood.

Jess figured it was worth it for a sparkling wine. Ed figured it was worth it for Jess. They ended up staying at the bar until it closed, talking about everything — and by “talking,” we mostly mean Jess talking and Ed happily listening. The vibe was easy, the laughs were real, and neither of them wanted the night to end.
